4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Wagering Requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonus funds will be used before cash funds.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Any bonus offer must be used before it expires.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of a promotional offer is suspected.
5.3 VIP Program
The fdb77 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. The criteria for advancing to higher tiers are determined by fdb77 and are assessed based on a review of the member's activity.
Betting Rules
6.1 Placing a Bet
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Company decides to void a bet in a special circumstance (such as when incorrect information has been published about an event that has already concluded). All confirmed bets are considered binding agreements.
6.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement
If an event is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours beyond the scheduled time, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the member's account. The same rule applies if a bet is voided due to a technical issue during live betting.
6.3 Erroneous Information
fdb77 reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds have been displayed due to a technical error or human mistake. The member will be notified as quickly as possible and the stake will be refunded.
6.4 Commission and Charges
fdb77 may apply commission in certain game categories in line with standard industry practice. The applicable commission rate will be stated on the relevant game information page.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fdb77 and any violation may result in account termination:
- Participating in any form of match fixing or result manipulation.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Using another person's account or payment method.
- Depositing stolen or unauthorised funds.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing Company staff or other members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
In the event of any of the above violations, fdb77 reserves the right to terminate the account without notice, confiscate the balance and take legal action.
